German Customer Advisor – remote
Are you a German speaker? Embark on a new adventure where you’ll be able to work 100% remotely from all over Greece as a CS advisor for a multinational BPO company!
Responsibilities
- Managing of incoming calls
- Identify and access customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction
- Build relations of trust through open and interactive communication
- Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the methods/tools
- Keep records of customer interaction, process customer accounts and file documents
- Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies
Requirements
- Native or near to native German language (C2)
- Very good command of English language (B2 – C1)
- Good MS Office skills
- Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
