General Virtual Assistant with QuickBooks Experience

Everything To Gain (ETG) is seeking a meticulous General Virtual Assistant with QuickBooks experience to support our operations team. In this remote role, you will assist with day-to-day financial tasks, manage bookkeeping, and ensure accurate record-keeping. Your expertise in QuickBooks will be essential for reconciling accounts, preparing financial reports, and maintaining budgetary compliance. Responsibilities

  • Assist with daily bookkeeping tasks using QuickBooks, including data entry and account reconciliation.
  • Prepare financial statements, reports, and budgets to support decision-making.
  • Manage invoices, payments, and vendor communications.
  • Coordinate correspondence and assist with administrative tasks as needed.
  • Maintain organized financial records to ensure compliance with regulations.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant, preferably with a focus on bookkeeping or accounting.
  • Proficiency in QuickBooks and understanding of fundamental accounting principles.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks while meeting deadlines.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
