Full Stack Software Developer

Cytech Mobile is a software house, offering high-end telecom software solutions, as well as tailor-made software since 2001. We offer our software solutions  to a range of international clients around the world. 

Cytech is based in Heraklion Crete but has been an advocate of remote working for over a decade.  

We are looking for a Full Stack Software Developer to join our team and help us create innovative solutions that translate business needs into robust and secure software. The position is Full Time and you will be working Remotely.  

Hybrid working is also supported for candidates living in Heraklio.

Here’s what we’re looking for:

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Computing, etc.

• A Master’s degree in this field is considered a plus. 
• Proven experience in Java / Jakarta EE, Object Oriented Design in general and standard design patterns.
• Understanding of Multi-Threading / Concurrency issues
• Proven experience with front-end technologies: Vue.js (preferable), React, Angular
• Familiarity with databases and SQL (NoSql experience a bonus)
• Understanding Networks & Security
• Distributed systems familiarity is a bonus
• Experience with Automated Testing / TDD / CI
• Experience in Version Control Systems (Git)
• Excellent knowledge of English (Proficiency Level)
• Team Spirit (!!) and good communication skills
• The applicant must be based in Greece
