Full-Cycle Recruiter

We’re a growing material handling company with a small, tight-knit team, and we’re looking for a Full-Cycle Recruiter to lead our hiring efforts across sales and technical roles.

What you’ll do:

  • Manage the entire hiring process from sourcing to offer.
  • Recruit for key sales roles (like account managers and sales reps) and technical roles (like SEO specialists, developers, and marketing professionals).
  • Use AI tools to streamline sourcing, screening, and outreach.
  • Focus on passive sourcing, especially through LinkedIn and referrals.
  • Coordinate onboarding and support new hires during their ramp-up.
  • Help keep our remote team connected and engaged.
  • Work directly with leadership to shape our hiring strategy.

Requirements

What we’re looking for:

  • Experience managing full-cycle recruiting independently.
  • Recruit for both sales and technical roles.
  • Familiarity posting on LATAM and world-wide job boards.
  • Strong passive sourcing skills.
  • Pick up the phone and make some calls to connect with candidates.
  • Familiarity with AI recruiting tools and applicant tracking systems.
  • Mention your favorite dessert in your application for bonus points.
  • Clear communicator, self-starter, and problem-solver.
  • Fluent in English (Spanish is a plus).
  • Able to work remotely with good time management and reliable internet.
