Front end engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled Software Engineer to join Teambooster AI, a leader in AI-powered recruitment solutions. This role involves developing and enhancing our enterprise-level distributed SaaS solutions, with a particular focus on integrating AI and Large Language Models (LLMs) to streamline and innovate the hiring process. The successful candidate will be deeply involved in leveraging cloud technologies, modern programming practices, and a variety of browser APIs, including those for legacy browsers, to ensure our services are accessible and performant across all platforms.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain React Front End: Ensure the React-based front-end is easily maintainable, applying best practices for code quality and architecture. Develop and refine components with an eye towards usability, performance, and modular design.
• State Management with Redux: Implement and manage application state using Redux, ensuring efficient data flow and responsive user interfaces. Develop robust state management strategies to handle complex application states and interactions.
• Expert CSS Practitioner: Demonstrate expert-level proficiency in CSS, employing advanced techniques for responsive design, animations, and cross-browser compatibility. Focus on writing clean, efficient, and maintainable CSS code that enhances the user interface and user experience across all platforms.
• AI and LLM Integration: Develop and implement AI-driven features and functionalities, utilizing Large Language Models to automate and enhance the recruitment process.
• Browser API Expertise: Apply deep knowledge of browser APIs, including legacy versions, to ensure optimal application performance and compatibility across all user interfaces.
• Cloud Technologies Utilization: Leverage the latest in cloud computing technologies for scalable and efficient software development.
• Agile Development: Actively participate in our agile development process, contributing to all phases from planning to deployment.
• Collaboration and Innovation: Work closely with a cross-functional team to demo, share, and iterate on innovative solutions that address customer needs and pain points.
• User-Centric Feature Creation: Lead the development of user-facing features that simplify complex recruitment data, providing actionable insights to security professionals globally.

Benefits

Salary: 50,000 – 75,000 Php depending on experience.
