Job Summary:

As a Front-End Developer, you will be responsible for creating intuitive and responsive user interfaces for web applications that support our consulting engagements. Your role will focus on delivering high-quality, client-centric solutions that enhance user experience and facilitate seamless organizational transitions.

Key Responsibilities:

UI/UX Development: Design and develop user interfaces using modern JavaScript frameworks (e.g., React, Angular, Vue.js), ensuring a consistent and responsive experience across devices.
Client Collaboration: Work closely with UX/UI designers, back-end developers, and consulting teams to translate business requirements into functional, visually appealing interfaces.
Performance Optimization: Optimize web applications for speed, scalability, and cross-browser compatibility.
Code Quality: Write clean, maintainable code, and conduct code reviews to ensure adherence to best practices and coding standards.

Requirements:

Experience: 3-5 years of experience in front-end development, with a strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in creating responsive web applications.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and frameworks like React, Angular, or Vue.js. Knowledge of front-end build tools (e.g., Webpack, Gulp) and version control systems (e.g., Git).
Soft Skills: Strong problem-solving abilities, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills.
