Responsibilities
- Provide outstanding customer support to French-speaking clients via various communication channels including phone, email, and chat.
- Handle customer inquiries, troubleshoot issues, and offer solutions regarding our travel services.
- Ensure customer satisfaction by addressing their needs effectively and efficiently.
- Document customer interactions and maintain accurate records in our CRM system.
- Collaborate with other team members to enhance the overall customer experience.
- Stay informed about our travel offerings and company updates to assist customers accurately.
- Gather and report customer feedback to help improve our service offerings.
Requirements
- Fluency in French and English, both spoken and written.
- Prior experience in customer service, particularly in the travel industry, is preferred.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a customer-centric mindset.
- Able to manage time efficiently and handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient with CRM tools and other customer support technologies.
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends or evenings if necessary.
