Responsibilities

  • Provide outstanding customer support to French-speaking clients via various communication channels including phone, email, and chat.
  • Handle customer inquiries, troubleshoot issues, and offer solutions regarding our travel services.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction by addressing their needs effectively and efficiently.
  • Document customer interactions and maintain accurate records in our CRM system.
  • Collaborate with other team members to enhance the overall customer experience.
  • Stay informed about our travel offerings and company updates to assist customers accurately.
  • Gather and report customer feedback to help improve our service offerings.

Requirements

  • Fluency in French and English, both spoken and written.
  • Prior experience in customer service, particularly in the travel industry, is preferred.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a customer-centric mindset.
  • Able to manage time efficiently and handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficient with CRM tools and other customer support technologies.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends or evenings if necessary.
