Responsibilities
- Deliver outstanding IT support to French-speaking customers via phone, email, and chat.
- Troubleshoot and resolve a variety of technical issues related to software, hardware, and networking.
- Assist users with product setup, installations, and general inquiries.
- Document customer interactions and maintain detailed records of solutions provided.
- Collaborate with other support teams to enhance service quality and efficiency.
- Gather customer feedback to identify areas for service improvements.
Requirements
- Fluency in French (both spoken and written) is essential.
- Experience in IT support or a similar technical support role is preferred.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A customer-oriented mindset with the ability to handle diverse customer situations.
- Technical knowledge of IT systems, software, and customer support practices.
