Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality customer support in French for consumer electronics inquiries
- Assist customers with product information, troubleshooting, and after-sales support
- Document customer interactions accurately in the support system

Requirements
- Fluency in French and English, both written and spoken
- Willingness to relocate to Greece – remote work only within Greece
