Responsibilities
- Guide individuals in identifying their skills, strengths, and interests to determine suitable side job opportunities
- Provide personalized coaching sessions to support community members in setting goals and developing actionable plans
- Advise on the various side job opportunities available in today’s gig economy, including freelancing, online platforms, and local gigs
- Assist individuals in creating compelling resumes, cover letters, and portfolios that highlight their side job experiences
- Conduct research on market trends and advancements in the side gig economy to offer up-to-date advice and strategies
- Conduct mock interviews and assist with interview preparation to enhance community members’ chances of securing side job opportunities
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop educational materials and resources to support community members’ career journeys
Requirements
- Proven experience in coaching individuals on career development and side job opportunities
- Excellent knowledge of the side gig economy and emerging trends
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively guide individuals and build relationships
- Ability to empathize with individuals from diverse backgrounds and tailor coaching strategies accordingly
- Proficient in using digital platforms and tools for remote coaching sessions
- Self-motivated and proactive attitude, with the ability to work independently and meet deadlines
