Freelance SEO Tecnico Lead – Bilingüe (Part Time)
We are looking for a freelance SEO strategist with part-time availability (20 hours per week) with experience in both content and technical SEO and who could get to work directly with clients. Fit is very important, we want strong candidates who can jump in and do the work without requiring (much, if any) hand-holding. Although, of course, our team is lovely and are very helpful – but they’re just super busy.
About the role:
As a SEO Strategist, you will be responsible for the strategy, planning, refinement, and implementation of our clients’ digital marketing campaigns across the SEO, Content, and Website Development pillars.
Responsibilities:
● Develop and execute SEO strategies for both B2B and B2C clients.
● Conduct keyword research and analysis.
● Create and optimize on-page content.
● Continuously monitor campaign results, dissect key metrics, and fine-tune click-through and conversion rates.
● Support all SEO initiatives, offering insightful reporting, analysis, and optimization recommendations.
● Troubleshoot website performance issues, addressing crawling and indexing errors.
● Make data-driven decisions with tools like Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and Google Looker Studio.
● Other duties as assigned.
Requirements
QUALIFICATIONS, SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
- 3 years’ experience in a similar SEO role, planning and implementing successful SEO strategies for B2B and B2C clients.
- Skilled in data analysis; Google Analytics, Google Search Console and Google Data Studio.
- Able to perform keyword research and analysis, and develop organic search strategy for clients.
- Comfortable analyzing and optimizing on-page written content and content planning.
- Thorough knowledge of content strategy and technical SEO.
- Working knowledge of SEO tools i.e.: SEMrush, Screaming Frog, Google Analytics, Google Search Console.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving, time management, and organization skills,
- Comfortable and experienced working remotely Previous agency experience.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English (C1 or C2).

Work Environment.
● 20 hours per week available immediately. The core working hours are from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Central Time, so availability for at least 4 working hours during this period would be required.
