As a Finnish Speaking Freelance Recruiter, you will play a key role in our recruitment process, assisting in finding and selecting top talent for our clients. This is a remote position, offering flexible hours, and the opportunity to work with a wide range of international companies. If you have a passion for recruitment, a strong command of the Finnish language, and excellent interpersonal skills, we want to hear from you.
Responsibilities
- Identify and attract qualified candidates through various sourcing methods
- Conduct phone and video interviews to assess candidate qualifications and fit
- Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates and clients
- Coordinate the entire recruitment process including pre-screening, offer negotiation, and hiring
- Provide exceptional customer service to both clients and candidates
- Stay updated on industry trends and recruitment best practices
- Collaborate with the team to continuously improve recruitment strategies
Requirements
- Fluent in Finnish and English, both written and spoken
- Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and effectively communicate with candidates and clients
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work independently and remotely, while maintaining productivity and meeting deadlines
- Flexibility and adaptability to work with a diverse range of clients and job positions
