In this role, you will collaborate closely with clients to understand their hiring requirements, source and screen candidates, and facilitate the entire recruitment process. Your fluency in Finnish will be essential in connecting with candidates across Finland and ensuring a seamless communication experience.
Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for various roles, with a focus on Finnish-speaking candidates
- Utilize effective sourcing strategies to reach and attract potential candidates
- Conduct interviews and evaluations to assess candidate qualifications and cultural fit
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates throughout the recruitment lifecycle
- Stay updated on recruitment trends and market conditions in Finland
- Provide timely and constructive feedback to candidates regarding their application status
- Ensure accurate record-keeping of all recruitment activities
Requirements
- Fluency in Finnish and English; knowledge of additional languages is advantageous
- Proven experience in recruitment, preferably in a freelance or remote setting
- Strong understanding of modern recruitment strategies and practices
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Ability to work independently and prioritize multiple recruitment tasks
- Highly organized with a keen attention to detail
- Familiarity with recruitment tools and applicant tracking systems (ATS)
