Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer support in Finnish for inquiries regarding transportation services.

- Address customer concerns and complaints promptly and professionally.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions for quality monitoring.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure efficient service delivery.
- Stay informed about transportation trends and service updates to effectively assist customers.
Requirements
- Fluency in Finnish and English, both written and spoken.
- Experience in customer service, especially in the transportation or logistics sectors preferred.

- Ability to multitask and manage multiple inquiries simultaneously.
- Familiarity with customer service software and communication tools is a plus.
