Responsibilities
- Provide outstanding customer support to Finnish-speaking clients through various online channels, including email, chat, and social media.
- Address customer inquiries accurately and efficiently, ensuring a positive experience.
- Document and track customer interactions in the CRM system for transparency and continuity.
- Collaborate with team members to share insights, best practices, and suggestions for improvement.
- Remain informed about company products and services to provide accurate and helpful information.

Requirements
- Fluency in Finnish and English, both written and spoken.
- Exceptional communication skills with a strong customer-oriented mindset.
- Prior experience in customer service, preferably in an online environment.

- Ability to work independently and manage multiple customer inquiries effectively.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and online communication tools.
