Finance Manager
Capgemini is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Finance Manager for a top 10 US Insurance Carrier.
This role entails ownership of the budget for a designated business unit. The incumbent will collaborate with business unit partners to develop detailed bottom-up budgets and forecast needs across multiple periods. Key responsibilities include conducting variance analysis, metric analysis, and researching opportunities and risks impacting the assigned business unit. The role also involves communicating standards and procedures to business partners, offering insights on various expense-related activities. Additionally, the incumbent will oversee the collection of data and information to develop a comprehensive financial picture of the supported business unit.
