One of our partner companies is currently looking for a Finance Manager based in the United States.
As a Finance Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the financial operations across multiple business units, providing strategic insights through modeling, forecasting, and analysis. You will play a key role in budgeting processes, monthly reporting, and intercompany transactions while ensuring accuracy and compliance. This position requires strong collaboration with stakeholders across departments to support timely and effective financial decision-making. Accountabilities:
- Build and maintain detailed financial models to support business planning and forecasting
- Own budget creation, reforecasting cycles, and monthly financial reporting processes
- Monitor financial performance, analyze variances, and provide actionable insights
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure accurate financial records across entities
- Lead intercompany recharge processes and contribute to month- and year-end close
- Collaborate on ad hoc financial modeling, cost analysis, and strategic projects
- Identify process improvements to streamline workflows and automate financial operations
- Support leadership by presenting financial data clearly and advising on performance drivers
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
- Professional certifications such as CFA, FP&A, or FMVA are a plus
- 5+ years of experience in financial analysis, budgeting, or management reporting
- Advanced proficiency in financial modeling using Google Sheets or Excel
- Familiarity with ERP and CRM systems, and integration with financial tools
- Strong analytical and decision-making skills, with high attention to detail
- Excellent communication, leadership, and cross-functional collaboration abilities
- Ability to work Monday to Friday, 9 AM–6 PM PST
