Role: Family Growth Associate

Work Schedule: Full Time | 40 hrs per week | Eastern Standard Time | Remote Forever!

Salary Range: US$1300 – US$1500 (dependent on skills and experience)

Role and Responsibilities:

We’re looking for passionate and empathetic hustlers to join us. This is not your typical sales or customer success position. Instead, you’ll be working with real families with real human problems. Your role is to empower underserved families to take the most transformative step of their life to access care.

  • Own and Drive Family Growth: Your role will revolve around calling prospective families in the designated market areas to inform them of the benefits of our program and to support leads through our qualification process with a can-do attitude. You’ll be in charge of managing our family pipeline, pushing execution to exceed growth goals, and refining our expansion processes.
  • Uplift our families: You’ll guide families through the healthcare maze. You are their biggest cheerleader during the highest highs and lowest lows.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: You’ll be a critical voice for collaboration within the team to further our mission.

Requirements

  • 1-4 years of Sales or Customer Success Experience: You have spent time on the phone with customers or potential customers. This can include roles such as Sales Development Representative, Account Management, Customer Success Development, Call Center Development, or Customer Service (especially over the phone).
  • Project Management and Execution: You’re someone who knows their way around complex and cross-functional initiatives, and has a meticulous eye for detail and order.
  • Adaptability: The ability to connect with various client personalities and handle different situations with flexibility and problem-solving skills.
  • CRM Experience: Experience with CRM tools ranging from spreadsheets or platforms like Salesforce, or a willingness to learn.
  • Compassionate and Empathetic: This role needs someone who really cares about the most vulnerable and underserved, who most often have little access to healthcare.
  • Flexible and Energized: There are numerous different cases that require extra attention, love, and support. Having a 9-5 mindset means that some of these families may not get the care and empowerment they need, and it’s something that we need to be sensitive about
