Executive Virtual Assistant
Salary: Negotiable
Responsibilities:
- Manage executives’ calendars and schedules, including arranging appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.
- Respond to and prioritize emails on behalf of executives, ensuring timely and professional communication.
- Assist with receipt management for our bookkeeper, including tracking and organizing expense reports and invoices.
- Coordinate and collaborate with vendors and clients, including scheduling meetings, following up on action items, and ensuring smooth communication.
- Provide administrative support as needed, including preparing documents, conducting research, and assisting with special projects.
- Act as a liaison between executives and internal/external stakeholders, maintaining positive relationships and ensuring clear communication.
Requirements
- Proven experience as an Executive Assistant, Virtual Assistant, or similar role.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficient in using office software and productivity tools (e.g., Microsoft Office, Google Suite).
- High level of professionalism and integrity, with a strong sense of confidentiality.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
- Proactive and able to anticipate needs and take initiative.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Flexibility and adaptability to changing priorities and deadlines.
- Experience working remotely and using virtual collaboration tools is a plus.
