Your Impact On a typical day, you might:

  • Manage complex personal and professional calendars, including scheduling international meetings across time zones
  • Arrange domestic and international travel, including flights, accommodations, and itineraries
  • Oversee operations of a high-end Airbnb property in Cape Town (“Sietch”), ensuring guest satisfaction
  • Handle email communications, prioritizing and responding to urgent matters
  • Manage bookkeeping and expenses, processing invoices and tracking financial records
  • Coordinate activities for the Mighty Minds Movement foundation
  • Plan and execute both personal and professional events
  • Act as a primary point of contact, navigating cultural nuances and fostering global connections

Requirements

What You Bring to the Table

  • 5+ years of experience in a high-pressure assistant role, preferably with international exposure
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent real-world experience
  • Exceptional organizational and time management skills with a keen eye for detail
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
  • Fluency in English; German language skills are a plus
  • Proficiency in MS365 suite and aptitude for learning new technologies
  • Valid driver’s license and own car
  • Ability to anticipate needs and problem-solve independently
  • High level of discretion in handling confidential information
  • Adaptability to changing priorities and ability to work under pressure
  • Strong interpersonal skills with a customer-service orientation
  • Experience in property management or hospitality is advantageous
  • Willingness to occasionally work flexible hours to accommodate international time differences
