Executive Legal Assistant – Trademark (US Law Fim, Home-Based Work Setup)

Salary: P60,000 to P80,000 (Monthly Package)

Schedule: Monday – Friday (09:00 AM – 06:00 PM EST)

What are we looking for?

Skills Required:

  • Proven experience as an Executive Legal Assistant
  • Proficient in using Dropbox and other document management systems
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills

Nice to Have:

  • Experience with CLIO practice management software highly preferred
  • Experience with Lawmatics software highly preferred
  • Knowledge of trademark process is a plus

What will you do?

  • Provide administrative support to the team remotely.
  • Perform clerical tasks such as organizing electronic files, managing emails, and scheduling appointments.
  • Utilize electronic document management systems to maintain and update important files and documents.
  • Assist with project management tasks, including coordinating deadlines and tracking progress.
  • Conduct data entry and maintain accurate records of information.
  • Interact daily with prospective clients, current clients, and attorneys via electronic means.
  • Manage prospective client intake process (including onboarding).
  • Proofread documents for errors and ensure they adhere to company standards.
  • Conduct online research for legal and general information.
  • Communicate with current clients about matters and billing.
  • Assist firm’s marketing activities, including social media management.
  • Create copy for and scheduling of posts on firm’s social media platforms.
  • Manage firm’s social media platforms, including responding to mentions and comments on firm’s social media platforms, responding in a timely manner.
  • Assist in preparing and filing trademark applications with the USPTO and other authorities.
  • Maintain firm’s trademark docket.
  • Proofread and format legal documents (ex. contracts).
  • Prioritize tasks effectively and meet deadlines.
  • Provide support to firm in various administrative tasks and legal matters as needed.
