We are seeking an experienced and passionate Executive Director to lead a nonprofit organization based in Poland. As the Executive Director, you will be responsible for overseeing the overall operation, financial stability, and strategic direction of the organization.

Responsibilities:

• Provide strategic leadership and vision to guide the organization’s mission and goals.
• Develop and execute strategies to enhance organizational performance and effectiveness.
• Manage and oversee the organization’s financial operations and ensure sound fiscal management.
• Build strong relationships and partnerships with stakeholders, donors, and supporters.
• Lead and inspire a diverse team of professionals, providing guidance, support, and accountability.
• Represent the organization in public forums and engage in advocacy efforts.
• Monitor and evaluate program outcomes and impact and drive continuous improvement.

Requirements

• Proven experience in a senior leadership role within a nonprofit organization.
• Strong strategic thinking and planning skills.
• Excellent financial management and budgeting skills.
• Proven ability to build and maintain effective relationships with stakeholders.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience in fundraising and donor management.
• Ability to work effectively in a multicultural and diverse environment.
• Fluency in English and Polish.
