Responsibilities

  • Provide high-level administrative support to executives.
  • Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and make travel arrangements.
  • Act as a liaison between executives and stakeholders.
  • Prepare materials for meetings, presentations, and reports.
  • Assist with special projects and tasks as assigned.
  • Coordinate executive communications, including taking calls, responding to emails, and interfacing with clients.
  • Conduct research and compile data to support executive decision-making.
  • Draft and edit correspondence, memos, and other documents.
  • Organize and maintain executive files and records.
  • Monitor and manage executive expenses and budgets.
  • Plan and coordinate executive events, meetings, and conferences.
  • Serve as the point of contact for internal and external stakeholders on behalf of executives.

Requirements

  • Minimum 1 year experience as an Executive Assistant or similar, preferably supporting C-level executives.
  • Proven ability in managing calendars, schedules, and travel arrangements.
  • Experience coordinating executive communications with professionalism and confidentiality.
  • Strong research and analytical skills for effective decision-making support.
  • Exceptional organizational abilities and multitasking skills in fast-paced environments.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with precise drafting and editing abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, and other relevant software.
  • Proficient in basic bookkeeping tasks and financial record management.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred.
  • Familiarity or experience working with AI tools is a plus.
  • Proven experience in a supportive role, preferably as an executive assistant or in a similar capacity.
