Position: Executive Assistant

Working hours: Mon – Fri, 9am – 5pm EST

Salary range: $1200 – $1850USD / month (based on experience level)

Key Responsibilities:

    • Manage executive’s inbox and communications, responding to emails and inquiries as needed
    • Participate in video calls with clients (sometimes)
    • Schedule meetings, manage calendar, and coordinate logistics
    • Organize and track client projects in Notion and Google Suite
    • Build project budgets and cost estimates using spreadsheets
    • Compile data and metrics to create client-facing presentations and reports
    • Call vendors to request quotes and information as needed
    • Provide general administrative support including arranging travel, submitting expenses, etc.

Requirements

  • Exceptional English language proficiency, both verbal and written
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented with strong project management skills
  • Technologically savvy – proficient in Notion and Google Suite
  • Excellent communicator who can interface with clients professionally
  • Resourceful problem-solver who can manage projects autonomously
  • Prior experience as an Executive Assistant in a startup or small company
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred

Experience:

  • At least 4 years of experience as an Executive Assistant to the CEO
