Our mission is simple: to offer luxury, class, and style through our products, all while maintaining a commitment to excellence and customer satisfaction.
We’re a small, close-knit team that values creativity, attention to detail, and a customer-first mindset.
We also believe in nurturing talent and providing an environment where our team members can thrive. We’re all about making work enjoyable and fulfilling, and we want everyone who joins us to feel like part of the family.
If you’re looking for a place where you can grow, contribute, and make a difference, we’d love to have you on board!
We are seeking a dynamic and highly skilled Executive Assistant to the CEO/CMO who will operate more as an executive partner than a traditional assistant. In this pivotal role, you will be instrumental in organising and supporting our visionary CEO/CMO to ensure accountability and the successful completion of key projects. This unique position blends responsibilities in executive support, marketing, project management, and operations, all focused on driving strategic initiatives and ensuring the seamless execution of the company’s vision. The ideal candidate possesses an entrepreneurial mindset, sharp business sense, and the ability to navigate complex challenges while supporting high-level decision-making.
Key responsibilities:
Act as a key partner to the CEO/CMO, providing high-level support including calendar management, meeting coordination, and preparation of materials.
Anticipate needs and proactively manage day-to-day activities to optimise the CEO/CMO’s time and focus.
Lead and oversee strategic initiatives from start to finish, using project management tools to track progress and meet deadlines.
Assist in the development and execution of marketing strategies, including campaign planning, market research, and performance analysis.
Identify and implement solutions to enhance productivity and streamline operations.
Handle sensitive information with the utmost discretion and integrity, acting as a trusted confidante to the CEO/CMO.
Working Hours ⏰: Full-time.
This role is ideal for someone ready to take on the challenges of supporting and driving the success of the CEO/CMO. The right candidate will be more than an assistant—they will be a trusted advisor, a strategic partner, and a leader within the organisation.
