Job Title: Executive Assistant (Data Entry Experience)
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 7:00 PM – 11:00 PM EST
Location: Remote
Job Type: Part-Time

Remote VA PH is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Executive Assistant to support our team during evening hours. This part-time position is ideal for someone with excellent administrative skills, a strong background in data entry, and the ability to work independently.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to executives, including calendar management, email handling, and task coordination
  • Perform accurate and timely data entry into spreadsheets, CRMs, and other systems
  • Prepare and format reports, presentations, and internal documents
  • Assist with organizing digital files and maintaining document control systems
  • Manage communications and follow up on pending items
  • Conduct light research and compile information as needed
  • Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information

Requirements

  • Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or similar administrative role
  • Strong data entry skills with high accuracy and attention to detail
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Workspace
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organizational and time-management abilities
  • Ability to work independently and manage tasks efficiently within the scheduled hours
  • Reliable internet connection and home office setup
