Executive Assistant
VirtueStaff is seeking an exceptional Executive Assistant to join our team and provide high-level administrative support to executive staff. The ideal candidate will be organized, detail-oriented, and adept at multitasking while maintaining a professional demeanor.
Responsibilities
- Manage executive calendars, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings
- Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations for executive review
- Act as a liaison between executives and internal teams as well as outside stakeholders
- Conduct research and gather information for strategic initiatives
- Organize and maintain files, ensuring efficient document management
- Assist with special projects and tasks as assigned by executive leadership
- Handle confidential information with the utmost discretion and professionalism
Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as an Executive Assistant or similar administrative role
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with remote collaboration tools
- Proactive attitude with the ability to manage multiple responsibilities
- High level of attention to detail and quality in all tasks
- Experience in handling sensitive information with confidentiality
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
