Executive Assistant

VirtueStaff is seeking an exceptional Executive Assistant to join our team and provide high-level administrative support to executive staff. The ideal candidate will be organized, detail-oriented, and adept at multitasking while maintaining a professional demeanor.

Responsibilities

  • Manage executive calendars, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings
  • Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations for executive review
  • Act as a liaison between executives and internal teams as well as outside stakeholders
  • Conduct research and gather information for strategic initiatives
  • Organize and maintain files, ensuring efficient document management
  • Assist with special projects and tasks as assigned by executive leadership
  • Handle confidential information with the utmost discretion and professionalism

Requirements

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience as an Executive Assistant or similar administrative role
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks effectively
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with remote collaboration tools
  • Proactive attitude with the ability to manage multiple responsibilities
  • High level of attention to detail and quality in all tasks
  • Experience in handling sensitive information with confidentiality
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
