What We’re Looking For
Our Canadian client, a fast-growing wellness company offering premium supplements, is seeking an Executive Assistant to support the daily operations of the founder. This role is key to streamlining internal processes, coordinating schedules, and managing communication with clarity and precision.
Responsibilities
- Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointments.
- Draft and respond to emails with professionalism and attention to detail.
- Organize internal documents, notes, and task lists to ensure smooth daily operations.
- Assist with day-to-day administrative needs and follow up on key action items.
- Work closely with team members across different time zones to support cross-functional coordination.
Requirements
- Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar administrative support role.
- Excellent command of written and spoken English.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- High attention to detail and ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Comfortable using tools like Google Workspace, Slack, and other productivity platforms.
Nice to have
- Experience supporting executives in remote or international teams.
- Familiarity with e-commerce or wellness industries.
- Ability to anticipate needs and work proactively.
