  • Edit videos for social media and create engaging posts.
  • Send out weekly newsletters and manage social media posts.
  • Update spreadsheets and coordinate with contractors.
  • Assist with client progress updates for social media.
  • Create a weekly task list for the CEO

Requirements

  • 2+ years of admin experience.
  • Familiarity with tools like Google Drive, Canva, and Email Management (Zapier/Mailchimp)
  • Good communication skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and ask questions when needed.
  • Graphic design or web design skills are a plus
  • English C1/C2
