European Sales Manager
So, you’re a software sales professional whose target driven and enjoys managing a team?
As European Sales Manager at Cambridge Intelligence, you’ll work closely with our marketing and sales teams globally to drive a major share of our revenue. You thrive on a challenge and use your business development skills to proactively generate opportunities with our target accounts and partners.
What’s involved?
This is an exciting opportunity to join a category leading established high growth company in a rapidly expanding market. You’ll manage the entire sales life-cycle from lead through to contract completion and work with a combination of major commercial enterprises, government agencies, consulting companies and exciting high growth technology companies.
Requirements
Who’s the ideal candidate?
An ambitious self-starter who loves to hit targets, you’ll have considerable experience ideally working in a small SaaS business selling technical products to a technical audience. A proven track record of outbound sales, working with a technical product is key with the ability to build strong collaborative relationships across all levels of a business. You’ll be a confident cheerleader in public, via speaking events and presentations.. You will also have some experience managing a small team and enjoy mentoring others.
You might also have experience of:
- Knowledge of the data visualisation industry or related data analysis industries
- In addition to the English language, someone who can speak other languages to communicate effectively with our growing European customers (ideally French, German or Italian) is highly desirable.
- For someone with the right language skills you could be based in northern Europe for this role.

You’ll work alongside our established marketing and sales team to proactively generate opportunities with net new businesses.
