Who we are seeking

You must be a solutions-based specialist that is able to deeply understand client’s complex people management challenges and deliver unique solutions through KAMI’s wide suite of HR software products and services. A challenger that is able to closely engage with clients to create “right-fit” solutions and convince them of why they need KAMI!

We seek an individual with a “hunter” mindset, with a proven track record in being a software solutions expert that closes high-value enterprise deals.

What you will do

  • Generate at least 10 new outbound leads per month with enterprise companies that have at least over 500 employees to close a minimum of 1 enterprise client each month.
  • Execute strategic sales plans and employ outstanding problem-solving skills to address intricate challenges and devise innovative solutions.
  • Act as an agile negotiator, intuitively understanding the client’s needs and presenting deals that are mutually beneficial.
  • Collaborate with our product development and customer success teams to tailor our software solutions to meet the unique requirements of each client and ensure a seamless transition from sales to implementation and ongoing support.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor offerings, and market dynamics to identify opportunities for differentiation.

Requirements

Technical/Hard Skills:

  • 5+ years in SaaS/Software Sales
  • Fluency in written and spoken English
  • Expert in lead generation strategies that target and connect with your ideal customer profile, including LinkedIn Navigator, automated cold email sequencing, partnerships, conferences and more…
  • Ability to deliver the perfect pitch! Quickly identifying the client’s key pain points to communicate our key value propositions, and why they need KAMI!
  • Deep understanding of advanced enterprise-grade software with a solution-based mindset to deliver unique, tailor fit results for complex issues.
  • “Killer” closing instincts, knowing who is worth your time and who to leave behind.
