Energy Efficency Associate Field Manager

Resource Innovations is seeking an Associate Field Manager to join our growing team in California. We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Associate Field Manager with a strong background in customer service and program operations to join our dynamic team. The Associate Field Manager will work closely with the Energy Savings Assistance Program Delivery and Management Team. This role will be responsible for supporting the day to day needs of managing and responding to customer and program inquiries, resolution of escalated customer complaints and program requests from the client and managing compliance and tracking documentation needs for a network of contractors.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Day to day support for escalated customer complaints, contractor requests, and program inquiries
  • Collaboratively manage escalated customer complaints and work toward resolution with contractors and team members on customer and program inquiries
  • Develop, manage, and review tracking documents, including documenting program eligibility and measure qualification.
  • Manage contractor training compliance, including research, issuing badges, and regular and timely updates to the client database.
  • Perform Quality Assurance and Quality Control (QA/QC) ride-alongs with contractors to customer homes in the Bay Area and Central Valley
  • Provide updates to contractors about program training, required documentation, and program needs.
  • Run and interpret reports in client database, including quality control.
  • Manage audit process as requested by the client, including reviewing documentation and compliance adherence, identifying gaps, and resolving inaccuracies. This may include in-person audits with contractors in the field.
  • Up to 20% travel for contractor ride-alongs and/or client events.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • 4 years Industry related work experience (energy efficiency, low-income programs, HVAC, construction, or trades) or 2 years industry related work experience with a degree, related training, and/or certification.
  • Ability to multitask and pivot based on program/team needs.
  • Excellent interpersonal, analytical, communication, organizational, and time management skills.
  • Strong computer skills, including ability to utilize basic functionality of MS Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and web-based applications. Experience in working in Salesforce-based CRM is a plus.
  • Ability to work efficiently, collaboratively, and effectively in a remote environment with a geographically dispersed team.
  • Ability and desire to develop and maintain strong, professional, and productive working relationships with our ESA (Energy Savings Assistance) program partners, contractors, client, and our delivery team.
  • Interest in sustainability and passionate about making a meaningful impact on the environment.

The compensation range for this exempt position is $60,000 – $75,000. The stated range is based on a good faith estimate of the compensation range for the duties, responsibilities and skills / experience required for the position. Starting pay will be dependent on experience and internal equity. This provided range may exceed this range for well-qualified candidates, especially with industry experience.
