One of our companies is currently looking for an EMEA Commercial Account Executive in the United Kingdom.

We are seeking a dynamic and driven Commercial Account Executive to lead new business development and expansion across the EMEA commercial segment. In this role, you will be responsible for building a go-to-market strategy, driving awareness, and working closely with partners—particularly within the Salesforce ecosystem—to generate and close sales opportunities. You will manage the full sales cycle, from outbound prospecting to deal closure, while ensuring a smooth handoff to customer success teams. This position is ideal for a hunter-style salesperson who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative, and high-growth environment.

Accountabilities:

  • Achieve and exceed revenue targets by securing new business and expanding existing accounts.
  • Build and execute regional sales strategies to generate pipeline and identify high-potential leads.
  • Develop strong value propositions tailored to customer needs and business goals.
  • Maintain accurate pipeline and forecast data in Salesforce CRM.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with partners, marketing, and customer success teams to ensure aligned execution.
  • Participate in customer meetings, industry events, and partner activities to drive growth in the region.
  • Ensure customer success by setting clear expectations and supporting post-sale engagement.

Requirements

  • Minimum 4 years of experience in B2B tech or SaaS sales, ideally in the commercial segment.
  • At least 1 year working within the Salesforce ecosystem.
  • Strong understanding of sales processes and methodologies like MEDDPIC.
  • Proven ability to manage complex sales cycles and navigate both IT and business decision-makers.
  • Track record of new business generation and pipeline growth.
  • Strong communication and consultative selling skills with a focus on value delivery.
  • High energy, team-oriented mindset with a proactive and resourceful approach.
  • Experience working in start-up or high-growth environments is preferred.
