Email & UX Designer

The Email & UX Designer will be responsible for designing integrated and user-friendly email experiences that enhance customer engagement and drive conversion through thoughtful application of UX principles.

Responsibilities

• Design compelling and responsive email templates that prioritize user experience, accessibility, and brand consistency.
• Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align email design with user journeys and marketing goals.
• Conduct user research and usability testing to inform email design decisions and improve engagement.
• Analyze email performance metrics to refine designs and optimize user interactions.
• Stay current with UX design trends and best practices to continuously enhance email effectiveness.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in email design, UX design, or a related field.
• Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, or Sketch.
• Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and methodologies.
• Experience with HTML and CSS for email development.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to interpret user data.
• Strong communication skills and ability to present design concepts effectively.
