Salary Range: US$ 1,100.00 – US$ 1,600.00 per month (Dependent on your skills and experience)
About the Role:
As the Email Marketing Lead, you will play a pivotal role in shaping a comprehensive and effective email marketing strategy while contributing to the overall success of the marketing team.
Duties and Responsibilities (for long-term)
- Email Marketing Strategy:
- Lead planning and execution of email campaigns, covering design, copy, and overall strategy.
- Develop and implement a comprehensive marketing plan.
- Assessment and Segmentation:
- Design and launch email campaigns for cart-holding customers.
- Use data segmentation and tests for precise customer targeting.
- Workflow Management:
- Plan and manage efficient workflows for email campaigns.
- Regularly assess and improve processes for enhanced efficiency.
- A/B Testing:
- Conduct A/B testing to optimize various email elements.
- Analyze results and implement improvements.
- Personalization Strategy:
- Develop and implement personalization for different customer segments.
- Data Analysis and Reporting:
- Regularly analyze email campaign metrics.
- Generate reports with insights into key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Automation Implementation:
- Identify opportunities for automation in email marketing.
- Implement and optimize automated workflows.
- Email Copywriting:
- Write compelling email copy aligned with the brand voice.
- Collaboration with Design Team:
- Collaborate for visually appealing email templates.
- Provide creative direction and feedback for design.
- Market Research:
- Conduct market research for industry trends and competitor strategies.
- Integrate relevant findings into the email marketing strategy.
- Customer Feedback Integration:
- Incorporate customer feedback into email strategies.
- Implement adjustments based on feedback for enhanced retention efforts.
- Retention Campaigns:
- Develop and execute targeted email campaigns for customer retention.
- Implement strategies for customer loyalty and repeat purchases.
- Customer Segmentation for Retention:
- Utilize customer data to segment audiences for retention-focused campaigns.
- Tailor communication to individual customer needs and preferences.
- Feedback Loop Implementation:
- Establish a feedback loop through email interactions for understanding customer satisfaction.
- Implement adjustments based on feedback to enhance retention efforts.
- Customer Lifecycle Engagement:
- Map out the customer lifecycle.
- Create targeted email engagement strategies for each stage to foster a long-term relationship.
- Collaborate to map out customer journeys and create targeted email sequences for different stages of the customer lifecycle.
Requirements
Need to have
- Experience with Klaviyo: You are an expert in using Klaviyo for email marketing and have a strong understanding of its features and capabilities. With at least 1-2 years experience of the platform.
- Proven track record: You have at least 2-3 years of experience in email marketing, with a track record of designing and executing successful campaigns.
- Design skills: Knowledge of basic design principles and experience with designing visually appealing emails.
- Copywriting skills: You have excellent written communication skills and can craft compelling and engaging email copy that drives results.
- Retention Marketing: Knowledge and experience in Smile.IO by setting up and managing loyalty thru email and SMS.
- Data-driven mindset: You are skilled at analyzing email performance metrics and using data to make informed decisions and drive optimization.
- Visionary: Develop a visionary approach towards email marketing, actively contributing ideas and strategies. Must proactively work on developing the long-term vision for the marketing team.
- Communication and Execution: Present ideas effectively, ensuring clarity and alignment with overall objectives.
