Email Designer
We’re hiring a Graphic Designer to lead visual storytelling across email, web, packaging, and paid media for a fast-growing, award-winning beauty brand. This brand is on a mission to simplify daily routines for modern consumers with smart, functional products—and we’re looking for a designer who can bring that mission to life through bold, conversion-driven creative.
What You’ll Do
- Design high-performing email campaigns in Klaviyo, optimized for mobile and desktop.
- Create conversion-optimized graphics for landing pages, PDPs, social media, and digital ads.
- Develop physical assets including packaging inserts, postcards, influencer kits, and retail displays.
- Collaborate with marketing, growth, CX, and product teams to ensure brand consistency across all touchpoints.
- Use performance data (CTR, CVR, scroll depth) to iterate and improve creative output.
Requirements
What We’re Looking For
- 5+ years of graphic design experience in a digital-first brand or agency (beauty or CPG is a plus).
- A strong portfolio showcasing work across email, digital, print, and in-store design.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, and Klaviyo (or similar email platforms).
- Strong skills in layout, typography, color, and storytelling.
- Organized, self-motivated, and comfortable working remotely with async feedback cycles.
- Bonus: Experience with motion graphics, paid media creative, or video editing.
