Work Shift: EST

Working Hours: 40 hrs/week (Full-time)

Rate: $7-$12/hr

We are seeking an experienced Ecommerce Merchandising Specialist to join our team. This role is crucial in shaping the online shopping experience, optimizing product visibility, and driving sales. Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive online merchandising strategy aligned with our brand vision.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate promotions and product launches into the online merchandising calendar.
  • Curate and manage the product assortment on our e-commerce platform, ensuring a diverse and appealing product mix.
  • Regularly analyze product performance and provide insights for inventory optimization.
  • Create visually engaging product displays that resonate with our diverse customer base.
  • Collaborate with the creative team to develop compelling visuals and graphics for the online platform.
  • Monitor customer feedback and conduct user experience testing to identify areas for improvement.
  • Implement strategies to enhance the overall customer experience and increase conversion rates.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to inform merchandising decisions.
  • Provide insights and recommendations based on market trends and consumer behavior.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Merchandising, Business, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in e-commerce merchandising, preferably in the fashion or lifestyle industry.
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data and trends.
  • Excellent organizational and project management skills.
  • Creative mindset with a keen eye for visual aesthetics.
  • Familiarity with e-commerce platforms and content management systems.
