Dynamics 365 Customer Insights Specialist

Our team is currently looking for a Dynamics 365 Customer Insights Specialist to join our Power Platform practice. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in utilizing Dynamics 365 Customer Insights to drive better business outcomes without the need for extensive custom development.

This role will be operating on a fully remote basis. Due to the nature of this role, US Citizenship/Green Card/Work Authorization is required and is not eligible for sponsorship. This position will start off on a part-time basis and depending on performance can convert to a full-time position.


We are looking for a specialist who can harness the power of Dynamics 365 Customer Insights to help our clients understand and engage their customers more effectively. This role involves working closely with the sales and marketing teams to implement, maintain, and optimize Dynamics 365 solutions that support customer data management and enhance customer engagement through data-driven insights.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and optimize the utilization of Dynamics 365 Customer Insights to create unified customer profiles and audience segments.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to design and implement effective customer journeys based on real-time, event-driven data.
  • Utilize out-of-the-box functionality to meet business requirements, relying on pre-defined solutions and configurations provided by architects.
  • Assist in transforming customer data into actionable insights that can drive marketing strategies and business decisions.
  • Provide training and support to end-users, enabling them to make effective use of the Dynamics 365 Customer Insights platform.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders across the organization to ensure that the customer data platform aligns with business goals and customer engagement strategies.


  • 6+ years of experience in customer insights or a similar role with a strong focus on CRM systems, particularly Dynamics 365.
  • Proven ability to work with Dynamics 365 Sales and Marketing modules.
  • Strong analytical skills and experience with audience segmentation and data analytics.
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities and a team-oriented approach to projects.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to translate complex data into easily understandable terms for stakeholders.
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.

Preferred Skills:

  • Familiarity with Microsoft Power Platform and its integration with Dynamics 365.
  • Understanding of GDPR and other compliance requirements related to customer data.


The target pay range for this role is $50-$80 per hour; based on experience and location.
