Dutch Speaking Recruiter – Work Remote

Mercier Consultancy is excited to invite applications for the position of Dutch Speaking Recruiter, a fully remote opportunity that allows you to work from anywhere. In this role, you will play a crucial part in identifying and placing talent within various organizations while utilizing your fluency in Dutch. As a recruiter with Mercier Consultancy BG, you will engage with candidates, facilitate interviews, and collaborate with clients to meet their hiring needs efficiently.

Responsibilities

  • Source, screen, and recruit candidates for diverse roles in various industries.
  • Conduct interviews and assess candidates’ skills and cultural fit for specific job opportunities.
  • Work closely with clients to understand their recruitment needs and develop tailored strategies.
  • Manage the recruitment process from initial outreach to offer negotiation, ensuring a seamless experience for all parties involved.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of candidate progress and recruitment activities in our tracking systems.
  • Stay informed about industry trends and market changes to optimize recruitment effectiveness.

Requirements

  • Fluency in Dutch (both written and spoken) is required.
  • Previous experience in recruitment or a relevant field is preferred but not mandatory.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for engaging with candidates and clients.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple recruitment processes simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in using recruitment tools, social media, and job boards to attract candidates.
  • Self-motivated with the capability to work independently in a remote environment.
  • Fluency in English is a plus; knowledge of additional languages is an advantage.
  • A reliable internet connection and a dedicated workspace for remote work.
