As a Dutch Speaking Customer Support agent, your primary responsibility will be to assist customers with their inquiries related to the marketplace platform. You’ll be critical in ensuring that users have a seamless experience, providing guidance on product listings, transactions, and account management.

Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer support in Dutch for online marketplace inquiries
- Assist customers with account issues, transactions, and product information
- Troubleshoot and resolve problems efficiently and empathetically
- Educate users about platform features and best practices
- Document customer interactions in the support system accurately
- Collaborate with various teams to enhance the overall customer experience
- Stay informed about marketplace trends and service updates
Requirements
- Fluency in Dutch and English, both written and spoken
- Willingness to relocate to Greece – remote work only within Greece
- Experience in customer support or a related field is preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment
- Familiarity with online marketplace platforms is a plus
- Team-oriented with a proactive approach to customer service
