Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer support in Dutch for the online bookstore
- Assist customers with inquiries about book orders and availability
- Handle issues related to order tracking and returns
- Offer recommendations and information on books and authors
- Document customer interactions accurately and effectively
- Collaborate with team members to enhance customer service quality
- Stay updated on promotions and new book releases
Requirements
- Fluency in Dutch and English, both written and spoken
- Willingness to relocate to Greece – remote work only within Greece
- Relevant experience in customer support is a plus but not required
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Detail-oriented with a passion for customer satisfaction
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Basic knowledge of online shopping platforms is an advantage
- A love for books and reading is essential
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
