Responsibilities
- Deliver exemplary customer support in Dutch for luxury retail inquiries
- Assist customers with product information, order placements, and returns
- Provide personalized service to enhance the customer experience
- Resolve any customer issues with professionalism and dedication
- Document customer interactions accurately in the system
- Collaborate with internal teams to improve service efficiency
- Stay informed about product launches and brand initiatives
Requirements
- Fluency in Dutch and English, both written and spoken
- Willingness to relocate to Greece – remote work only within Greece
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
