Responsibilities
- Provide excellent customer support in Dutch for home entertainment inquiries
- Assist customers with product setup, troubleshooting, and usage questions
- Document customer interactions accurately in the system
- Collaborate with team members to resolve issues and improve service quality
- Stay informed about product updates and industry trends
Requirements
- Fluency in Dutch and English, both written and spoken
- Willingness to relocate to Greece – remote work only within Greece
- No prior experience required; beginners are welcome
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment
- Interest in technology and home entertainment systems is a plus
- Positive attitude and strong team player
- Ability to work flexible hours if needed
