Responsibilities

  • Provide excellent customer support in Dutch for home entertainment inquiries
  • Assist customers with product setup, troubleshooting, and usage questions
  • Document customer interactions accurately in the system
  • Collaborate with team members to resolve issues and improve service quality
  • Stay informed about product updates and industry trends

Requirements

  • Fluency in Dutch and English, both written and spoken
  • Willingness to relocate to Greece – remote work only within Greece
  • No prior experience required; beginners are welcome
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment
  • Interest in technology and home entertainment systems is a plus
  • Positive attitude and strong team player
  • Ability to work flexible hours if needed
