Responsibilities

  • Deliver exceptional customer service in Dutch for inquiries related to high-end coffee machines.
  • Assist customers with product selection, technical questions, and troubleshooting.
  • Guide customers through setup and usage instructions to enhance their experience.
  • Troubleshoot issues and provide solutions efficiently and courteously.
  • Document customer interactions accurately and contribute to the enhancement of service protocols.
  • Collaborate with technical support teams for complex inquiries requiring additional expertise.
  • Stay knowledgeable about product specifications, features, and industry trends in coffee equipment.

Requirements

  • Fluency in Dutch and English, both written and verbal.
  • Experience in customer service, particularly in tech or luxury goods is a plus.
  • Strong communication skills with a focus on customer satisfaction.
  • A passion for coffee and knowledge of coffee machines is highly desirable.
  • Ability to manage multiple inquiries while maintaining a high level of service.
  • Familiarity with customer service software and remote work tools is advantageous.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed.
