Dutch Speaking Customer Service Associate – Remote In Greece
Patrique Mercier Recruitment is currently hiring for the position of Dutch Speaking Customer Service Associate. This role offers the flexibility of remote work, allowing you to work from the comfort of your own home, while being based in Greece.
As a Dutch Speaking Customer Service Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to Dutch-speaking customers. You will handle customer inquiries, provide product information, and assist with any issues or concerns they may have.

Responsibilities
- Provide prompt and professional customer service assistance to Dutch-speaking customers

- Stay updated on product knowledge and company policies
- Adhere to quality standards and follow established procedures
Requirements
- Fluency in Dutch and English, both written and spoken
- Previous customer service experience is a plus
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities and ability to handle challenging situations
- Ability to work independently and adapt to changing priorities
- Detail-oriented and committed to providing exceptional customer service
- Proficiency in using computer systems and software applications
- Reliable internet connection and suitable home office setup
