In this role, you will be responsible for providing outstanding support to Dutch-speaking customers, addressing their inquiries, and ensuring a seamless customer experience. Your role will involve assisting with questions related to energy services, billing, and account management. Responsibilities

Deliver excellent customer service to Dutch-speaking clients through various channels including phone, email, and chat.
Assist customers with inquiries about their energy services, billing information, and account management.
Document customer interactions accurately in the CRM system for effective tracking and follow-up.
Collaborate with the Eneco team to resolve customer issues efficiently and promptly.
Stay informed about the company’s products, services, and industry trends to provide accurate information to customers.
Build long-lasting relationships with customers through attentive and personalized service.

Requirements

Fluency in Dutch and English; knowledge of additional languages is an asset.
Previous experience in customer service, preferably in the energy or utility sector.
Exceptional communication and active listening skills.
Experience with CRM systems and standard office software is preferred.
Ability to work independently in a remote setting while collaborating effectively with the team.
Enthusiasm for customer service and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
