As a Dutch Speaking Customer Care representative, you will handle inquiries from Dutch-speaking clients regarding our home appliance products. Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service to Dutch-speaking clients via phone, email, and chat
- Assist customers with inquiries about home appliance products and services
- Resolve customer complaints promptly and effectively
- Document customer interactions and maintain accurate records
- Work collaboratively with team members to enhance service quality
- Participate in training sessions to grow product knowledge and customer service skills
- Stay informed about the latest trends and developments in home appliances
Requirements
- Fluency in Dutch and English, both written and spoken
- Willingness to relocate to Greece – remote work only within Greece
- No prior experience required; recent graduates are encouraged to apply
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Customer-focused approach with a positive attitude
- Willingness to learn and adapt in a dynamic environment
- Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with customer support software is a plus
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- Interest in home appliances and related technology is a bonus
