Responsibilities

• Handle client inquiries in Dutch through various communication channels including phone and email
• Provide accurate information about logistics and shipping services to clients
• Maintain detailed records of customer interactions in our support system
• Work closely with logistics and shipping teams to resolve any client issues
• Achieve high customer satisfaction by addressing concerns promptly and effectively
• Stay updated on service offerings to provide the best support to clients

Requirements

• Fluency in Dutch and English, both written and spoken.
• Willingness to relocate to Greece – remote work only within Greece
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• A desire to learn and develop within the customer support sector.
• Ability to work as part of a team and independently.
• Detail-oriented with good organizational skills.
• Prior experience in customer service is advantageous but not mandatory.
• A friendly and enthusiastic demeanor paired with a customer-first approach.
