ManpowerGroup on behalf of its client, a global technology and services leader is looking for highly dexterous and digital-savvy Dutch speakers to work part time, 20 hours per week.

HQ Location: Athens

Working Model: Fully remote

️You will be reporting to Technical Support Supervisor

What you will do:

Clarify customer requirements; probe for understanding, use decision-support tools and resources to appropriately provide resolution to the customer
Ensure service delivered to our customers meets contractual Key Performance Indicator (‘KPIs’)
Management of incoming video-calls
Build sustainable relationships of trust through open and interactive communication
Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents
Ask probing question to identify the technical issue faced by the end user and support with the troubelshooting steps needed
Work 3 days per week; Monday & Wednesday 10:00-18:00, Friday 10:00-14:00 FIXED SCHEDULE

Requirements

What we are looking for:

· Native or near-native Dutch speakers

· Fluency in English

· Clear Communication Skills

· Tech savvy/Knowledge of MS office tools

· Enthusiastic, patient, empathetic, multi-tasking and communicative
