ManpowerGroup on behalf of its client, a global technology and services leader is looking for highly dexterous and digital-savvy Dutch speakers to work part time, 20 hours per week.

HQ Location:  Athens

Working Model: Fully remote

️You will be reporting to Technical Support Supervisor

What you will do:

  • Clarify customer requirements; probe for understanding, use decision-support tools and resources to appropriately provide resolution to the customer
  • Ensure service delivered to our customers meets contractual Key Performance Indicator (‘KPIs’)
  • Management of incoming video-calls
  • Build sustainable relationships of trust through open and interactive communication
  • Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents
  • Ask probing question to identify the technical issue faced by the end user and support with the troubelshooting steps needed
  • Work 3 days per week; Monday & Wednesday 10:00-18:00, Friday 10:00-14:00 FIXED SCHEDULE

Requirements

What we are looking for:                                                                         

·       Native or near-native Dutch speakers

·       Fluency in English

·       Clear Communication Skills

·       Tech savvy/Knowledge of MS office tools

·       Enthusiastic, patient, empathetic, multi-tasking and communicative
