Donorly – Head of Operations

  • Anywhere

Hey there,

I’m Sandra Davis, the president of Donorly, and we’re on the hunt for a talented person to join our team as our Head of Operations.

Curious about what we do?

At Donorly, our mission is clear: We support US-based nonprofits in their fundraising efforts during moments of growth and change: first-time capital campaigns, design and buildout of fundraising strategy for growing organizations, and support of new founders.

Our culture prioritized tranparent and open communication, radical transparency, and cultivating community within our team, and for our clients. We celebrate diversity across our teamas in our journey to becoming an anti-racist, multicultural institution. We will not tolerate racism, sexism, ableism, homophobia, biphobia, transphobia, or other forms of discrimination in any actions or rhetoric

If this sounds like a company you’d like to be a part of, read on!

In this role, you will:

Lead the team based on our company’s mission and core values to execute Sandra’s vision.

Oversee client service operations and the team to enhance results and client retention.

Predict capacity needs of our fast-growing company and guide the team in improving business processes and efficiencies to ensure profitability.

Conduct thorough audits of processes and systems, collaborating with the team to prioritise and implement improvements.

This is a full-time position. While we keep ET office hours, we offer flexibility in scheduling. You can start early and end at 1pm or 2pm ET, aligning with our team’s needs.

Join us on this exciting journey to drive positive change and shape the future of nonprofit fundraising!
